SWLA SWLA

24 August 2006
I've just heard that 2 pieces have been accepted in to the Society of Wildlife Artist 42nd Annual Exhibition. I'm extremely pleased but also a bit surprised at the selections.

The Societies annual exhibition is the highlight of the wildlife art calender and I'm extremely proud and thankful to be accepted. In fact, it's probably the pinacle of my career to date.

Most who saw the work rated the Swan or the Sand Cat with the best chance of getting through, with the Hawk Owl a close third. The council had other ideas though and accepted the Swallow-tailed Moth and rejected both the Swan and the Sand Cat. Not that it really matters to me, I'm just happy to get some work in!
